A shorter session, designed so that younger makers and their grown-ups can do it together.
You’ll cover both techniques: hand-building in the first half, wheel throwing in the second. The pace is relaxed. Pots won’t always go to plan. That’s usually what people remember most fondly.
Students can take one or two pots home on the day, or pay a small fee per pot to have them fired and glazed and ready to collect in five to six weeks.
A good choice for visiting families who want to explore the area beyond Stratford-upon-Avon for a couple of hours or for local parents looking for a weekend activity with the kids.
