If you've had a taster course or you're simply ready to jump in with both feet, our weekend intensive is a great place to start practicing and building confidence in your throwing skills. All three courses involve six hours of intensive instruction, spread  across two consecutive days, focused on the techniques that underpin almost everything made on the wheel.  In Wheel Throwing 101, we will work on throwing the perfect  cylinder & foundational skills: wedging, centring, opening up, pulling walls, & on Day 2, turning & decorating.  In intermediate classes, 102 & 103, we will build on these s kills by focusing on intentional throwing & creating new  shapes, & managing increasing amounts of clay.
